Some Recent Pictures

The days have been flying by here at the Rapp house. Here are a few pictures - not in chronological order - to highlight what we have been busy with.

KK came to visit! The boys had so much fun with KK here and she piled on the fun with donuts, new craft projects, a trip to the movies and yummy food at home.
Todd and the four big boys enjoyed a day at Silver Dollar City!
This ride takes lots of muscles!
Exploring at kamp as they have bulldozed the pool in order to make way for a renovated K-1.
A chance to play at Big Cedar.
Riding around and collecting garage sale signs with all four boys sticking out of the sunroof!
KK, Alexis, Bronwyn, Collins and Holden traveled to Nebraska to attend a day of pre-wedding festivities for my sister Alissa. Collins really enjoyed the cupcakes at dinner.
Collins spent lots of time in the car as we drove to and from Nebraska. Thank goodness for her thumb and her "mimi" (blanket).
A gathering of some of the Schields - Bronwyn, Holden, KK, AJ, Alexis, Collins and bride-to-be, Alissa.
We had a major garage sale! Holden passed the time with his "Hook Em" finger sucking.
Todd and Collins during the garage sale. Collins was sporting some cute pigtails with braids - courtesy of Grandma KK!
That's about it! Other than the fact that we are MOVING in about three days! There is a crazy amount of work to be done around the house over the next few days. The movers arrive on Thursday and we are planning to pull out of Branson sometime this weekend!

Saturday

Super Todd took all six kids out for breakfast this morning at the hospital cafeteria. The boys love eating there. He fed six people for $9. What a great deal! Here is a picture of the kids after breakfast.
The hole in our drywall inspired some creativity in Hunter today. Check out this clever Lego creation he made! It just needs a little sign that says, "Men at Work."

Holden and Carson

We had lunch today with Sean and Nicole Huddleston. Such dear friends who have been a part of our life for more than a decade. They just had their first baby in May - Miss Carson Ruby. We are certain that Carson and Holden will be friends. Today they got their first good look at each other. What sweet babies!

So very funny!

Todd couldn't resist when his only daughter requested a ride down the stairs in a sleeping bag. As they were heading down the stairs, Todd slipped and accidentally kicked a hole in the drywall. This is especially funny since we are trying to get our house ready for renters. I burst out laughing when I saw the hole. Todd handled it great as well. On a side note, I have read that moving is stressful, but I have been praying that our marriage would be strengthened instead of stressed during this move. I couldn't help but think that it was a blessing that we were both laughing instead of crying or fighting about the hole in the wall.

*The Lego man was there just to give perspective on the size of the hole. Not too big.

Collins

We have been cleaning out lots of closets/ drawers/ boxes/ etc. in our attempt to get ready to move. Collins loved this hat when it came out of our box of winter clothes. Guess we won't be needing many cold weather items in Houston.

K-Kauai Family Picture

This was Day 1 at Family Kamp. We were excited to be there, but Todd looks super excited because he was trying to make Collins smile. It was sweet family time for the Rapps!
