The boys love it when I do this! So, to wrap up the year I decided that we would do another interview. Tonight I am posting Colton's answers.

Time to head home

Friday, November 28

We ate an early breakfast on the ship and then disembarked by 9:00 AM. We had several hours to kill before our flight so we played and ate at the airport before moving to our gate. Holden rode the people mover - and loved it!
So much fun!

Relaxing with our luggage.
All the cousins played a game of mum-ball. It is called mum-ball because you aren't allowed to speak while you are playing.
Collins hung out with Uncle David.
When we finally made it home Friday night we were all happy to be back in Houston. Here are some pictures from days at home since the trip. Collins modeled her pajamas with a winter hat.

Cute picture of the little ones as they played in the back of our Expedition.
Holden has been giving extra love to these Mickey and Minnie dolls ever since we returned home from Disney. He carried them around for a whole day.

At Sea

Thursday, November 27

Our final day on the cruise ship was Thankgiving Day. We sailed all day and thus had lots of time to explore the ship and take advantage of all the activities that Disney offered. We ate breakfast at Cabanas and then the boys headed to shuffleboard while I took Collins to meet more Disney Princesses. She was happy to meet Princess Tiana, Rapunzel and Cinderella, but she drew the line at Belle and Ariel. She wouldn't even approach them. I guess she had had enough.

After meeting the Princesses, we joined up with the boys and had ice cream! The boys headed to the Oceaneer Club so that they could play. The ship had such great areas dedicated to kids. Collins and Holden enjoyed Andy's Room.

For lunch we left Connor, Carter and Colton in the kid area and we went to the Royal Garden. Holden was Mr. Busy! He was throwing forks, biting packets of butter, spilling water...he wore us out.
 And we were still sailing...
After lunch we took family pictures. This is Grandad and Baba with all of the grandkids who were on the cruise.
Dinner was yummy...but I missed some of the usual dishes that I like to have for Thanksgiving.
This picture is such a fun memory! While on the boat our waiters switched restaurants each night so that they were always with our family so we formed a relationship. One of our waiters, Suri, played a game with Holden each night that was so cute. Suri would press on the table, the cup, the plate with one finger while he squeaked a small toy in his other hand. Holden would look at Suri, smile great big and then take his little finger and press right where Suri had pressed. Holden would bite hook, line and sinker every time Suri did it. I loved it! It always made me laugh. This was Holden trying to get his cup to squeak.
After dinner we dropped the little ones at the nursery and we went to see Big Hero 6 with the boys. It was a great evening!

Castaway Cay

Wednesday, November 26 was our day at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay. We had lovely weather and the island is packed with fun things to do. I imagined that we would head back to the ship soon after lunch, but we stayed until they told us we had to get back on board. Mickey, Minnie and Goofy were there to greet us in their cruise wear.
An autograph for Connor.
And a picture with a pose.
The Rapp family had rented a cabana on the island. It was our home for the day and it included drinks and snacks, towels, sunscreen, sand toys, rentals for bikes and snorkeling gear and a personal concierge. It was lovely. That is Colton on the porch.

I love this picture. We took it just after arriving at Casataway Cay. Everyone looks relaxed and happy.

Holden enjoyed the beach and the water...though it felt a bit strange at first.

Hmmm, how does sand taste?
 The boys tried snorkeling.
Jon Riley was very kind to Holden as they played on the beach.
Wrestling and tubes - lots of fun for the boys. There were nine boy cousins on the trip and they had such a great time together.
 Relaxing in the hammock.
The weather looks cloudy in this picture, but we did have sunshine.
Getting ready to leave the cabana and head back to the boat.

Collins must have been telling Townes something very important.
Todd snapped this picture of Holden as we were on the tram. It made everyone laugh.
Discussions as we waited to board.
Can you please take my bracelet off?
Showered and getting ready for dinner.
After dinner we went to a comedy/ juggling show. The comedian was very funny, but one part of the show in particular just had the kids roaring with laughter.
 This was genuine, hysterical laughing.
What a great day at Castaway Cay!
