Our homeschool group organized a trip to Cold Stone Creamery this week. The boys were super excited about a field trip to an ice cream store and it did not disappoint! They learned lots of fun facts including: where the Cold Stone Creamery ingredients come from, how the ice cream is made, the actual temperature of the "stone" and difference between ice cream and custard. Special thanks to Jimmy and Jonathan for being so great to the kids. We had fun and the kids loved getting to eat some ice cream!
Here is the whole group listening to Jimmy.
Collins was there, but alas...no ice cream for her. She looks like she is on a mission in this picture.
Waiting in line for their turn to get ice cream - Hunter, Graham and Kyeden.
And now their turn - Colton, Owen and Max.
A Sprite for Mr. Caleb (since he doesn't like ice cream), but such a cute group with Isaac, Hayden and Connor.
Carter enjoyed every bite.
We love Cold Stone Creamery!
Lots of kids behind the counter.
How the ice cream comes out...soft serve Cold Stone ice cream. Delicious!
Every kid got one scoop from the new batch.
Colton was holding Collins up to see the ice cream flavors.
Logan and Connor practicing the shoulder trick.
What a fun group of families/ kids that share this home schooling journey. Thank you Cold Stone Creamery!
