Carter

Carter has always been an "all in" kind of kid! He loves to have fun and isn't afraid to try new things. Tonight he took advantage of the splash pad at a nearby park. It was warm...but I'm not sure it was warm enough for this at 7:30 p.m. He didn't care. What a fun boy he is!
