Warning: Photos in Random Order

I'm so behind on blogging that I just wanted to get these on the blog rather than spend time creating different stories. Plus it is past my bedtime! So here we go. Just highlighting some recent fun with the Rapp kids!

Colton and Holden having fun at Dewberry Farm.
Collins had fun in this rocking chair at her friend Sarah's birthday party.
All the boys got flu shots early one Saturday morning. Don't feel too bad for them though - the doctor's office was serving donuts and Orange Leaf frozen yogurt to all the kids.
I attempted my first ever french braid.
We let the boys vote whether they wanted to go trick-or-treating or go out to eat as a family. Three of the four boys voted for Olive Garden so that is what we did.
Todd and Holden watched some football one Saturday afternoon.
Collins modeled her hair ribbons and outfit one Sunday morning.
Big smile!
I attended a TCS brunch for 4th grade moms. Holden came with me and found this little perch where he could gaze out the window.
Hi Holden!
We made it through football season once again! Clara Hurley loves to play with Collins and Holden when we are at the games.
Heading upstairs at church.
Collins, Holden and I went out for breakfast together.
Ready for pancakes!
Colton did a fantastic job on his Coat of Arms project for TCS!
Carter's football team was super talented this season. They play in the championship game this week!
Connor renewed his love for his bowler hat.
Shopping at Trader Joe's.
I enjoyed a cup of tea, some quiet moments and thanked God for sweet friendships in my life.
We are packing for Disney World!
Connor and Collins stayed warm at a chilly football game.
Holden thought these end zone markers were the perfect size. He kept trying to carry them away.

Peter Pan Book Party

This semester the TCS second graders have been reading Peter Pan and Wendy. Colton loved this part of the school day when Mr. Anglin would read out loud to them. In celebration of finishing the book, the room moms and parents organized a Peter Pan book party. The students had a chance to move through four different stations that all had Peter Pan inspired crafts or activities.

The TCS second grade teachers. That is Mr. Anglin as Captain Hook along with Tiger Lily and Wendy!
Colton's class all representing their favorite characters from the story!
Colton and his best buddy Dylan dressed as opposing forces from the story.

A little of this, a little of that!

Todd, Carter and Colton had fun at a Father/ Son Retreat at TBarM near Lake Travis. Both boys tried out the stunt man pillow! Very fun.
This is Carter receiving congratulations after his three successful swings at the party barn.
We took the kids bowling in Katy. Don't you love the glow-in-the-dark pants and bowling lane? Collins is standing behind a ramp that she could use to send her bowling ball toward the pins.
Holden had fun too! He had just gotten a haircut that afternoon so we thought it made him look even more grown up.
Colton was hanging on for dear life when he did the party barn. He wasn't scared...he just didn't make the landing as he came back around.
Skateboard girl - in her tennis shoes and crazy outfit!
Sweet friends! Collins (as Anna) and AnnaKate (as Cinderella)!

A Surprise Lunch

Today we had lunch with my mom! What a fun surprise to have her in Houston. She was flying from Kansas City to Charlotte and had a three hour layover in Houston. So after church we headed to the airport to pick her up. The time was short, but we enjoyed lunch and a chance to catch up. We loved seeing KK!
