Baking cookies

Collins has a little red apron that used to belong to Todd's sister Lauri when she was a girl. Well, the apron inspired Collins to bake some cookies. So she and I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies on Thursday. I really haven't ever let Collins help me in the kitchen, so it was such a delight to see how much she enjoyed this. Her eyes were bright and excited as she poured in the sugar, dropped in a stick of butter, etc. And of course she ate lots of chocolate chips.
