Six Flags St. Louis

On our last 24 (well, actually it was more of a 34) we drove to St. Louis and took the kids to Six Flags. Last year Hunter, Connor and Carter did the Six Flags Read to Succeed program that earned them a free ticket to the park. And what were the valid dates you ask? June 18 - August 12...all while we are at K-West. So my adventure-loving and awesome husband said, "Let's go for it!" It was actually a great trip. In so many ways I saw God's faithfulness with the details of this trip. Thank you Lord for protection, safe travel, good weather, that we didn't lose any kids, etc. Here are a few picture highlights from this trip.

Six Flags is connected to Hurricane Harbor and with the admission to Six Flags, you get free admission to the water park. So we started our day there. Colton enjoyed the wave pool.
Gazing in wonder at the giant funnel water ride!
Preparing to ride the awesome water funnel!
This was a fun ride that all the boys loved.
We nearly got eaten by a shark. Whew, that was a close call!

  1. Of course that is the END OF THE DAY picture and you still look perfect. Middle of the summer and you look perfect would be enough to comment about, but middle of the summer and end of a wild 34 at 6 Flags & a water park and you look amazing. Wow! :)
