A Trip to the Zoo

Alexis is in Houston and we love having her here! We have been having fun all together and as always, Aunt Lex is super helpful with the kids. The boys made her this welcome poster. It is hard to see the details, but it is filled with famous things about Houston and/or Texas.

Yesterday we went to the zoo. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed being outside.

The boys loved watching the zoo employee squirt milk into this cat's mouth.

We walked all over the zoo to find this animal. Per Hunter's request, we had to find an okapi!

We should have put Alexis in this picture too and asked a kind stranger to take it.
