Holden has now been warming just over 6 hours. The nurse had glowing reports about his last 6 hours. Praise the Lord! In just a few minutes, his body temperature had increased from 96.1 to 96.4 degrees. They will stabilize his warming crib once he reaches the optimum temperature of 96.7 degrees. He does open his eyes at times.
I was able to take his temperature, change his diaper, and rejoice with the nurse.
He is very calm and looks content. He does not have any grimace on his face!
And now it is just a slow process to wean him from the medicines and the life supporting apparatuses.
Thank the Lord with me right now and let's praise His name together for who He is and what He is doing.
