Wednesday was an exciting day for the Rapp family! Each year Trinity Classical School holds a poetry contest. Students can submit original poems which are anonymously judged by a panel of faculty and parents. The top five poems from each class are published in Noctua Poetica. On Wednesday the school announced the poems that had been chosen. Carter, Connor and Hunter all had poems selected. Then, for the first time ever, TCS chose a Poet Laureate. This person was the student who had the highest scoring poem of all the entries. Hunter Rapp was the TCS Poet Laureate. He will present his poem at the all school assembly next week and will have certain duties and privileges next year. We are very proud of our boys. That night we thanked God for the gifts he has given the Rapp boys and the opportunities they have at TCS.
