The last couple of days have been fun. Little Holden is doing so well. Eating, sleeping and everything else he should be doing. We take him to the pediatrician this week, so we are excited to get the details from his first check-up.
Yesterday, the Rapp kids went with several other neighborhood kids to Stockstill park. Collins was such a big girl - climbing and sliding with sheer enjoyment.
On Sunday, Carter's best buddy Jake celebrated his birthday. They took all the kids to a local tiger sanctuary. Carter told us later that it was the "best day ever!" His favorite foods at breakfast (cheese grits), church, the party, hanging with friends, a new episode of The Amazing Race on TV and then it was his turn for five minutes with dad. Mr. Excitement, as we like to call him, has "the best day ever" about once a week. Isn't it crazy how God makes each of your kids so unique? While Carter was at the birthday party, the other Rapp and Engram kids rode our zipline
in the backyard. Connor used his 48 pounds of pure iron-man muscle to pull Hayden back up the hill.
And finally, it is official. The Rapp house at the End of the Bend is for sale. We don't have any plans yet, but we figured it wouldn't hurt to go ahead and list it for $1.2 million and see what happens. We might take $1.1 million.
