Five boys and a girl

The doctors told us it would be 2-6 weeks before we could expect to leave the hospital with Holden, but he exceeded their expectations.  At 11:30 am today, 12 1/2 days after arriving, we left the hospital for home.  You will notice that Holden is laying in a car "bed" instead of a car seat.  He wasn't allowed to ride in a car seat because he couldn't quite maintain adequate oxygen levels sitting in that position.  I think he did it on purpose, because after they mentioned a car "bed", he was going to do whatever he could to get that thing. Finally, someone invented a way to lay down in a vehicle and sleep safely and legally.  Are they available in adult sizes?

Collins's first time to meet her little brother!  "Finally, someone smaller than me!" We were laughing because she reached out and pinched his nose.
She was laughing at the little guy, and loving this moment.  We all were.

She kept poking him in the eyes and face!
Not much of a glamorous picture, but here is the first picture of all the Rapp kiddos with their amazing mother!
Connor is tender with his little sister and new little brother. They find it easy to trust him.
Colton is no longer the youngest brother!  No doubt he will be a great friend to Holden.
They can't get enough of their brother and they are amazed to see how healthy Holden looks.
This evening, Carter and Hunter helped me raise the crib mattress height.  Afterwards I thanked them, to which Carter replied, as matter-of-fact as can be, "You're welcome dad. You're blessed to have such great kids."
That I am.
